Welcome to 5th grade! We are going to have a spectacular year learning and having fun.
My name is Marcy Kurklin, and I will be teaching Science and Social Studies. I graduated with my bachelor's degree from Wayland Baptist University in 2002. This will be my 19th year to teach, and my 1st year to teach fifth grade Science. I believe learning is something we, both myself and my students, should look forward to everyday. My goal is to have a classroom where students feel safe to set big goals and work hard to achieve them. I also believe "teamwork makes the dream work."
