I am so excited to be your child's Principal for the 2023-2024 school year! Abernathy Elementary is a wonderful place to be! I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's in Education. This is my 18th year in education and my 1st year as principal. I was the elementary assistant principal for 3 years, counselor for 5 years, and I taught in the classroom for 9 years. My husband Austin and I have three daughters; Evie, Ellis, and Emersyn. We absolutely love the Abernathy community!
